1. Customer can scan the QR Code to visit www.nutellalovesbread.com, enter their Voucher code, Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number, and click submit.
2. Customer will receive OTP on their registered mobile number.
3. Customers can enter OTP, choose their preferred cash-back option, fill in the required details, and click submit.
4. The cashback will be processed on the customer's chosen cashback option within 24-48 business hours.
1. By redeeming the Offer, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below ("Conditions").
2. Nutella Loves Bread (“Offer” / “Promotion” / “Promo”) is organized by Ferrero India Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizers” / “Company” / “Ferrero”) in association with Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd (“Agency”).
3. The Offer is valid only in India from 20/02/2025 to 20/04/2025 (hereinafter referred to as "Program Period”) (both days included).
4. The Company reserves the right to change the Program Period or timing, in case of any contingency, at its sole and absolute discretion, without any consent, connivance, notice, or intimation to anyone.
5. The Offer is valid only on purchase of Nutella Promo Pack of MRP Rs. 399 (hereinafter referred as "Promo Pack”). The Offer is applicable only on Promo Pack as stated above and not on any other pack.
6. Participant(s) must be a citizen of India, residing in India. Residents of other countries and residents who are not Indian citizens are not eligible to participate. The Promo is valid throughout India, wherever the promo packs are available.
7. Consumers below the age of 18 years may participate in the Promo only with the consent of and under the supervision of and through their parent / legal guardian.
8. Customers purchasing the Promo Pack(s) for further sale, distribution, marketing or for Trade or Business purpose (collectively “Trade / Business Purpose”) shall not be eligible for participation in the Offer.
9. This Offer is not available to employees of the Company or the Agency, its clients or agencies, and their immediate families.
10. Promo Packs are limited in quantity and the Offer will be open only till stocks of Promo Packs last or end of the Program Period, whichever is earlier. The Company does not provide any guarantee or warranty about the availability of Promo Packs in all the territories or during the entire Promo Period.
11. Voluntary and Free Participation
i. Offer is a voluntary initiative.
ii. No fees, charges, costs, etc. required to be paid for participating in the Promo apart from purchase of Nutella Promo Pack.
iii. It is not mandatory to participate in the Promo.
iv. Nutella Promo Pack are available at same price irrespective of participation in the Promo.
12. How to Participate
i. To participate, customers must scan the QR code to visit www.nutellalovesbread.com and enter their Voucher Code, Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number before submitting their details.
ii. Upon submission, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification.
iii. Customers must enter the OTP, select their preferred cashback option, provide the necessary details, and submit the request.
iv. The cashback will be processed and credited to the chosen cashback method within 24-48 business hours.
13. Rewards
i. Every Participant will get an assured cashback of Rs. 40/- on participating in this Promo.
ii. Entries coming outside the Program Period defined above will not be considered and will be summarily rejected.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
i. All right, title and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights, in the promotional material(s) shall vest solely and exclusively with Organizer at all times. The Organizer or any person or entity permitted by Organizer in this regard shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the entry in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity, and any other purpose, without any permission and/or payment to the Participant.
ii. All material submitted in connection with the Program (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of Participants are assigned to Organizer upon submission and become the property of Organizer exclusively. Organizer may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of Organizer.
15. Data Privacy
i. Release
The Participant (includes the parent/guardian of participating child) hereby grant permission to Ferrero and Agency, its officers, employees, agents, independent contractors, licensees, successors, assigns, and any third party it may authorize (hereby collectively referred to as “Company”) to record his / her name, address, contact details, financial information, comment, likeness, message, image, or otherwise (hereinafter referred to as the “materials”) in the following context:

The Participant further grants to the Company the full right to use, in any form and modality of exploitation, reproduce, alter by digital means, edit, create derivative works of, display, publish, make available to the public in streaming and/or downloading, broadcast, distribute, sell, license, lend, rent and give away the originals, reproductions, editions, adaptations, alterations and derivations of the materials in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to websites (including but not limited to publicly accessible websites, intranet sites and third party content hosted sites), social media and social networks, blogs, electronic publications, webcasts, multimedia links, app for tablet and/or smartphone and/or similar devices, anywhere in the world, and in perpetuity, in connection with promoting, publicizing or explaining the Company’s products and/or activities. The Participant understand and agree that the materials can be used without mentioning his / her name and by modifying and/or altering his / her image and/or voice, with no right to inspect or approve the use of the materials or of any reproduction, alteration, or derivation of the materials in any medium. The Participant further waive all moral rights and all claims to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the making or use of the materials or reproductions, alterations or derivations of the materials. The Participant hereby forever release and discharge the Company from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities or demands that may arise regarding the use of the materials to promote, publicize or explain the Company’s products and/or activities, including any claims of defamation and invasion of privacy as well as of infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity or copyright or neighbouring rights. The Participant understand and agree that all the materials, their adaptations, alterations and derivations, are the sole property of the Company, which owns all rights, title and interest, including the copyright, in and to the same, to be used and disposed of, without limitation, as the Company shall in the Company’s sole discretion determine. The Participant agree that there shall be no obligation to utilize the permission granted by them hereby. The terms of this permission shall commence on the date hereof and be without limitation. The Participant acknowledge that no further agreement between the Participant and the Company regulates the subject matter hereof. The Participant irrevocably agree that the Participant has no future claim for any indemnity or money. The Participant confirm that the Participant is either 18 years of age or older and that the Participant is competent to contract in its own name or minor Participant is participating with the consent and under the supervision of his / her parent / guardian. The Participant has read this release and fully understand its contents, meaning and impact. The Participant agree that this release, including all its contents, are binding on him / her, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
iii. Privacy Notice The Participant (including the parent / guardian of participating child) hereby agrees to Company's use of his / her / participating child’s personal data, including, by way of illustration, the name, images and voices, or any personal data which the Participant may submit voluntarily as part of the materials in the manner and for the purposes set out herein. The personal data may be used by the Company (by authorized personnel) for the purposes set out under the release herein above and may be visible and publicly available to anyone anywhere in the world on any means as described above. The Company may share the personal data with selected service providers that process the personal data under the instructions given by the Company and with any other third party it deems appropriate for the purposes described herein.
The Participant acknowledge that he / she can exercise the rights granted under the applicable data protection legislation, including by way of illustration, the right to access, to have personal data rectified, blocked, completed or, under certain circumstances, deleted and to object to the processing of such data. The Participant also acknowledges that to exercise these rights and for any questions with respect to this privacy statement or how the Company handles personal data as data controller/ data fiduciary, the Participant can direct it to Privacy Officer, Ferrero India Pvt. Ltd., World Trade Center, Tower 3, Floor 8, Kharadi, Pune 411014.
16. This Offer entitles the consumer to receive cashback on their bank account or UPI id. The consumer can choose their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be mentioned on the voucher/scratch card.
17. Any consumer purchasing a Promo Packs shall be eligible to receive a Voucher inside the pack. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as mentioned in the Voucher ("Cashback/Voucher Amount").
18. The consumer shall enter details such as UPI ID, Account Number, etc. The Agency or the Company will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.
18. The payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, Payment processing partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, or withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
19. In no event shall the Company or the Agency or its partner agency be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the Voucher including redemption request not being honoured by Payment processing partner.
20. Any disputes or differences in connection with the Offer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Pune.
21. The payment processing partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. The cashback processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user's identity.
22. This Offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.

4. A maximum of 1 voucher can be used per person, per mobile number, per email ID, per UPI ID, and per account during the Program Period.
5. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
6. Under this promotion, the Vouchers are being offered directly by the Agency. The Company is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this Voucher and the cashback offered with this Voucher.
7. The Agency and the Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this scheme, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion, and without any liability.
8. The Agency shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher.
9. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Agency and/or Company, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Agency and/or Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any Participant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
10. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Agency’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Agency reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Agency suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
11. This Voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
12. The Agency and/or Company, its clients, agents, and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers including any misuse of Vouchers.
13. The Company does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered by the Agency or by its partners. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Agency.
14. Limitation of Liability: In no event and under no legal or equitable theory, whether in tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise, shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of any use of the information contained herein, including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, work stoppage, accuracy of results, or computer failure or malfunction.
